NASCO Tin Silver Alloys

European & American Markets are no longer using LEAD Products for the electronic and Electrical Markets. In Keeping with the demand and technology National Solder Co has Manufactured LEAD FREE SOLDER Containing Silver. Tin silver copper alloy can be obtained in wire, sticks and ingots. Tin silver copper wire can be obtained in 0.71mm and 0.9mm and no additional flux is required, as it has resin flux in it. It's applications are similar to NASCO Resin Cored Solders.

Our formulae is applicable to a whide range of our products, in-which we can manufacture as per client request, thats if the required product isn't available in our inventory.

60T

typically used for: electrical, electronic, and other assemblies and components that must not be overheated or that require a freerunning solder. Radio, telephone, instrument assemblies, printed circuits and miniaturization work. Machine soldering of canend seams and protective coatings

Nasco SACX 0307

manufactured in the first melt of tin, silver and copper in continuous casting process in air-free environment; afterwards extruded, in order to eliminate oxide occurrence.

Nasco SAC 305

is a lead-free alloy that contains 96.5 % tin, 3% silver, and 0.5% copper. When used in wave soldering, Nasco SAC305 bar solder offers far superior fluidity as compared to other alloys and makes of bar, resulting in excellent flow. Nasco SAC305 bar solder also produces less dross than other bar solder, wets well, provides superior joint strength, and offers superior copper dissolution rates. Nasco SAC305 bar solder is alloyed in the proprietary method that results in a low drossing, high wetting solder. The process reduces suspended oxides in the solder, thus reducing drossing, improving flow and reducing bridging during soldering.

.

Nasco SAC305 may be used with most existing equipment, processes, coatings, and flux chemistries.
